Return and Refund Policy of Mossy Oak Art and Design

Thank you for shopping at Mossy Oak Art and Design. Given the fragile nature of our products, we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. Here's how you can do that:

Return Period: We offer a 14-day return period. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Procedure:

1. Initiate a Return:
   • Email us at help@mossyoakartanddesign.com detailing your intent to return the item.
   • If  the item was damaged during shipping, please include a photo of the damage. This helps us make improvements in our packaging and shipping.

1. Receiving a Return Label:
   • Upon approval of your return request, we'll email you a return shipping label.

1. Packing the Item:
   • Please repack the item carefully to ensure it doesn’t get damaged during the return shipment.

1. Labeling the Package:
   • Print the return shipping label we provided and securely attach it to your package.

1. Shipping the Item:
   • Drop off the package at the specified carrier's location.

Once we observe that the tracking number has been activated by the carrier, we will promptly process your refund.
