Glass Mosaics

This is the brochure cover for the Sound & Vision Fundraiser sponsored by Cancer Research, UK at Abbey Road Studios in London.  I created a glass mosaic in homage to the Fab 4. aka The Beatles  - the piece "love the Beatles" was inspired by the album 'With the Beatles' and especially created for Sound & Vision.

....this was a complete labor of love!!!  I have always loved the original album cover and the clever half-lighting of their faces - This inspired me to create a mock version with each Beatle represented by an individual heart shape.  On the original cover, each Beatle's face is slightly different in dimensions and shape and I attempted to emulate this by giving each heart a unique dimension and c
